What qualifications do your therapists have?
Our therapists are all certified. They meet or exceed the training requirments set by the cities in which they work and have many years of experience in massage therapy. Many are professional members of national massage organizations and are required to take continuing education classes to refresh and continually hone their craft. All of our therapists receive training regarding professionalism and excellent customer service.


What should I expect when receiving a massage?
We are pleased to be a part of your massage experience! Our therapists are there to help and are trained to provide various massages to meet your needs. You will be fully clothed for chair massage or if you will be on the massage table, your therapist will instruct you on how to lie down on the table. All you have to do is relax and enjoy! Drink plenty of water after your massage to help flush toxins away.


How much room do you need for a massage chair or table?
Not much room is needed at all. A 6ft by 6ft space is more than adequate. If we visit your business, conference rooms or empty cubicles are perfect for providing massage.

How far in advance should I schedule my massage or special event?
You may schedule your event or appointment months in advance to allow for adequate planning. We want it to be the best experience possible. For in-home visits, at least 24 hours notice is desirable. We are at times able to accomodate last-minute appointments if the schedule permits and a therapist is available.


Is tipping expected after a massage?
Tipping is not expected or required. If you do tip, it's customary to tip between 10-20%. It's your way of showing your appreciation and letting your therapist know he or she did an excellent job.

I'm concerned about being allergic to oils or lotions. What kinds do you use?
We use hypoallergenic products that are specifically formulated for massage. If aromatherapy oils are used, the client is notified. If you prefer not to use any oils or lotions being offered, just tell your therapist and he or she will gladly omit them.
